London - My Days Over There

One month ago I was getting ready to leave for my vacation, to reach London.
It had to be a vacation to relax, to enjoy some time with my friends, it had to be music-related and had to be just for us.

3 weeks ago I was back from this lovely City, which I feel is my City and I didn't really have time to post something about the days there. Actually I've been pretty sad about being back home and I wasn't that ready to go through the whole journey yet, but I think now I am and I'm going to share with you all my experience over there, which was A-MA-ZING for me!

So take your time to read if you want to, sit back and enjoy this journey with me; here it is:

Day 1 - July, 29th

15:10 (Italy) our flight was ready to leave. It was me, Steph, Chrissy and Frankie: 4 girls ready to get London and have some fun over there all together.

We were veeeeeeery excited about our vacation and we couldn't wait to be there! It was Chrissy's first time on a plane, so we had to hold hands and tell her not to worry and stuff!
The fun started right away tho! We love laughing, having fun, acting crazy, making jokes and things like that, so the whole trip to get there (we had a stop in Milan, so 2 flights before getting to the UK) was already hilarious and full of nice moments! I was totally excited and all I wanted was to step again on London ground, feeling home and feeling free again.

19:00 (UK) we were there, half hour later than scheduled, but it didn't really matter! We were happy to be there. After a full hour in the underground we got to Kings Cross & St. Pancras Station, where our B&B was: me & Steph were there last year as well, so it was good to us to see all over again the same places and faces we saw last year! We knew where to go, what to do and it felt like a good coming back. We were tired tho, and all we wanted to do was to put our suitcases in our rooms and to go for a meal somewhere (that had to be Burger King of course LOL) and that's what we did.

Our first evening there was just easy and short, to be ready and rested for the upcoming days and well, flights and airports (and big big luggages) made us tired, so we were glad to be able to simply lay and catch some rest after a chat and check out of our windows making comments, taking pictures and making those typical girls noises *squeeeeeeeeeeee* hihihihihi.

Day 2 - July, 30th

So our real first day in London started! I'll try not to give a step by step description of the day, but I'm going to put down just the highlight...or at least I'll try! (I perfectly know that the experience makes me go crazy and makes me wanna tell each detail of what we did!)

We decided to go for those typical sightseeings which are famous in London. Of course if we decide to visit London it's a must to check out some of its famous places!
We went to Buckingham Palace and saw the Change Of Guard (it was my second time and that got me bit bored honestly), then we walked by the Houses Of Parliament, the Big Ben, Westminster Abbey. We spent some time in St. James' Park and in Green Park, where we laid on the field, to enjoy some sun and have a little break with some food and music:

We took some pictures with London's symbols:

(We stopped a lovely and funny guy coming from South Africa but living in London, to take this picture, we had a laugh all together and he was very nice with the all of us! Thanks alot, stranger!)

And we were amazed by how lovely these parks always look

(I look as silly as ever!)

After that we decided to have a quick peep into the National Gallery, so I had the chance to see once again one of my fave paintings: the Sunflowers - Van Gogh.
Unfortunately we had to walk quite fast through the gallery, because one of us was not feeling that well and she wanted to go back to the hotel. But I was happy anyway to be there for some time. I love art and being at the National Gallery feels great!
Trafalgar Square was then our last stop of the day! We spent some time watching around, taking pictures, climbing on the Lions, looking around the square.

As I said it was the second time Steph and I were there, but it was a good good feeling to be back again and see everything once more!

Day 3 - July, 31st

Now, you need to know that I had this "incompleted mission" from last year... I wanted to find the Blue Door from the movie Notting Hill, which I love cuz Hugh Grant is one of my faves! But last year a bee ruined my mission and after a crazy moment panicking, we had to go back to the hotel! But this time I was determined to finish what I started one year ago! So we decided to go to Notting Hill area, so we could check out Portobello Market as well while looking for the Door.

I really liked how Portobello Road and Market look like! It's all sooooooooo colorfull, full of life, of people, of artists and such! It's something you can't dislike, even if you hate markets and markets full of people walking all around (that's really my case!), but if you love all those old antiquate stuff, old books and vynils and you simply love to enjoy buskers playing here and there, you'll love it!!!

We walked through the half of the market... (which is veeeeeeeery looong!)

(I can't remember the name of these guys, they were veeeeeeery good! I'll check out videos I shot and see if I recorded the moment they were talking bout their MySpace page!)

...and finally we arrived at the Blue Door spot! Of course the house is not in use at the moment, and the color blue is not there anymore, hehehe, it turned into a black door with white colums!

It was nice to be there, althogh I couldn't really enjoy the moment for some reasons, but I was proud I finally completed the mission and still Steph was there with me and my other friends were there as well! It was very nice, that's for sure!

Actually I really like the whole area! Notting Hill is a nice place to live in I guess! It relaxes me, walking around feels good, even when you got no where to go! I like all the shops, the parks, those houses, those cafe's! We had a hot coffee and a milkshake, we sat on a bench watching people passing by, having a break, talking to a stranger, we stopped by Daunt Book; I simply love how the place looks so full of books and with little tables and such, you can simply enjoy the silence, read a page or two while deciding which book you'll purchase and watch all of those shelves full of colored books covers.

However once again one of us was feeling sick, so we had to go back to the hotel, but then Steph and I decided to go for a walk on our own and we decided to go to Saatchi Gallery. We wanted to go there because of a Coldplay-matter: their video In My Place was shot at Saatchi Gallery (just few days later we found that that the Gallery we went to was a new bulding and that the one were Coldplay shot the video, was at the old building!); but we even went there cuz we both love art, and in there you can really find craaaaazy weird things, and some of them are real genious things, others are a bit of banal, silly things making you think they aren't that art-related! But however, being there is amazing!
Shame the Gallery was going to close in like 45 minutes or so, so we simply had a short tour through some rooms, but we knew we were going to be back again! After all, we liked it and enjoyed some time we had in there, but even to get there, in the underground, walking around, stopping by to get some fruit at Tesco to share while being sitting on a step in Piccadilly... these are the moments having a good important meaning in these kind of journeys

Day 4 - August, 1st

What to do on a Sunday in London? Well, if it's summer and it's sunny... you gotta check out some of the nicest fountains in London, have a walk through Hyde Park, check how South Bank is and maybe go for some shopping!

Yep, that's what we did!

We wanted to see Somerset House Fountains and South Bank Fountains. My God they're soooooooooooo nice!!! It's funny to be there, it's funny to walk on and through these fountains, it's nice to be with friends and get wet from that water coming out from everywhere in those water-games... it's defenitely something to do on a summer's day!

As I said this trip had to be music related, rock n roll related, Coldplay related first of all! So to reach South Bank we decided to walk on Waterloo Bridge, which is where you can see Mr. Martin running before the last part of Fix You video. Chris just runs across this bridge, and we simply wanted to have the chance to walk on it while singing and whistling Fix You tune... all of those Coldplay fans out there can feel what I'm saying.

It was good to be on that bridge sharing that moment with my best mate Steph, who loves Coldplay, and who gave me the will of going through this Coldplay-path and everything around it! And that was just the beginning of this amazing experience!

After that we decided to go to Hyde Park! On Sundays there's the Speaker's Corner, and you can enjoy all of those crazy people discussing and expressing their ideas and idelogies! There's still a place for revolutionaries, preachers, prayers and storytellers, and Hyde Park holds them all...and you can even find in there someone from the Free Hugs crew!He is Stuart McElwaine, ambassador for Free Hugs! it's great, and getting a free hug its sooooo good... all we need is Love, right? and if there's someone ready to give some away for free, why shouldnt we take it???

However, all we wanted to do was to enjoy again the park, laying on fields, eating, singing and watching people around us, and that time was simply lovely! Sharing time with friends it's a good good positive thing and my God, we were going crazy singing acappella every kind of song we knew, I bet people around us were simply hating us! Hahaha!

Our day ended up at South Bank. South Bank it's a cool place, we were there in the morning as well because of the fountains and there was a old book market as well, which looked lovely! There are kids showing off with their BMX and skates, you can see a lot of artists and everything looks like a whole new world where lotta people from lotta different places meet! I loved the area and the things in it! But what we had to do over there was a London Eye flight around sunset time... the 4D experience was veeeeeeery nice, it's a new thing and I think it's funny to experience London through a 4D view, it was a good move from the Merlin staff. Of course the itself has something special in it, and being up there, watching London getting lit by those city lights it's kind of magic... you see the dark coming out the light and the colors become a special shade taken from the Nature's palette. Pictures themselves cannot perfectly express what you see with your eyes when you're up there with your friends and especially they cannot express what you feel while you're watching London...

And the last stop for the day was Piccadilly Circus! It looks nice and crowded, once again those lights in the dark make it all and it feels good, altho there are toooooooo many turists around hehehe! We had some time in Trocadero as well, just a quick look around and a stop to buy some candies (damn people, 10£ for candies... I took alot, but that's where my sweet tooth comes out!!! Thanks to Steph who helped me with them, LOL, eating them all by myself would have killed me!), and then we had dinner at Yo! Sushi. That's a nice place to be if you love Japanese food and it was not that bad! I loved the Teriyaki Chicken and some sweet Japanese pancakes with a raspberry sauce....yummy!!!!!! That's something you gotta taste!

A veeeeeeery busy and long day, we were tired, but still happy and once we were back in our rooms, we were still having a good laugh and a chat, and that's the best way to end up a day.

Day 5 - August, 2nd
(more pictures for this day will be added later when Frankie will give it to me, cuz we used her camera!)

Well Chris was sick! She caught a bad cold and she had fever! Unfortunately she couldn't go out and we were very sad about leaving her alone! I was worried as well and I didn't really know what to do about it! But in the morning however, Steph, Frankie and I decided to go for a quick look around London and we wanted to look for a pharmacy as well.

We decided to check out the Tower Of London and the Tower Bridge. It was fun to get there to check a bit of London from an higher place and then to simply look around how it used to be when kings, queens, knights and such used to be around those places; it is funny to imagine how life was back in those days and in that area everything can give you an "old vibe", which is not that bad cnsidering how modern London can be if you look then on the other side and see the Gherkin... it's like two sides of the City itself and I think that's how London is: everything can be the opposite of something else and you simply can get amazed by the many contradictions in it.

Before going into a Boots search Steph and I wanted to have another little Coldplay moment... that's why we decided we wanted to look for another Fix You "detail" hehehe, and we looked for the tunnel you can see in the beginning of the video, where Chris Martin sits down before getting up and start walking while singing. It was not that hard to find! We had the time to take a look at the area, the buildings, the expensive hotels in there, the modern offices and the old little houses, I had a loooooooovely smoothie (I must admit in London there are some of the best smoothies around!) and after a little walk we could finally find the tunnel! We had to be sure it was the right one, so even if Frankie doesn't like Coldplay, she helped us checking out details and every little spot of the tunnel comparing it with the video itself we had on our MP3 player, and eventually we found out we were just in the right place! We started walking through it, we sat down to take pictures and then we stood against the whole or so, just trying to be exactly where Mr. Martin was in the video! It was fun and nice to do... once again, if you're not a Coldplayer you may not understand what this all means, but I can assure you it's a good thing to do if you're on the steps of your favourite band!

We tried to be fast and be back in Kings Cross to see how Chris was feeling and to be sure about what to say to the doctor at Boots. So we got back to the hotel, Chris was still feeling bad and had high fever. Steph and I decided to go out and check if there was a Boots around the hotel (we thought it was easier to find one around where we were, instead of just looking for another one somewhere else) and we went out lurking around and asking info to find Boots. While we were walking quite fast and in a crazy way cuz we were getting a bit lost cuz of a wrong given information, we had a real funny meeting!
We met Professor Green!!! I think he's a cool one and it was simply nice to meet him while walking in the street! I couldn't help it, but had to stop him and ask him for a picture or something! Of course I did, and we had a brief chat, then I asked him for an autograph and a picture together! He's tall damn, and he was veeeeeeeeeeeeeery sweet and nice to us! Very friendly and easy going. I gave him a kiss as well hihi, on the cheek, of course! hihihi
Now I was quite excited and I blushed as well, so in the picture you'll see below I have a silly face... and it's even dumber the way I'm holding on tight to him! hahahaha, I know I know, but sorry guys, I was very happy I met him! So never mind how stupid I look... but we look like a nice couple, don't we?!! hihi

How lucky I was! hehehe...

However, we found Boots and Chris suddenly felt better after taking what the pharmacist said would help her! We were happy about it, but since she couldn't go out and Frankie wanted to see the British Museum, we thouht we were going to go there... somehow Frankie fell asleep and she was feeling not that good as well, so we thought like: 'KK let's go having some others Coldplay moments around London!'

We got off at first at Euston Square, to reach then Gower Street, where the UCL (London College) is! They all studied there and we took a couple of pictures of us at the entrance of the uni... (my God how I wish I could study in London!); we stopped a guy asking him to take a picture of us... he was a Classics student (just like Chris Martin! funny enough) and he had a bit of that good guy stlye reminding us of Mr. Martin in the beginning.
We got then off at Camden Town and we wanted to look for Jonny Buckland's old apartment, the first one were the lads, as students, used to play as a band, rehearsing and having time together. We had to walk a loooooooooooooooooooong looooooooooooooooong way from the station till the house, but finally we found it (thanks to that Car Gomm thing which led us just to the right house at 100% hihihihihi): it was maybe one of the most emotional moments in the whole trip! We loved to stare at the door, take pictures, look around, sitting on the little wall, checking out the "decoration" outside the house, looking at windows, imagine what they looked at by being outside the house, maybe while smoking a cigarette or simply by being out...I don't know, but that felt good and quite special... and once again I'm happy I could share that with Steph... it was magic for real!
We stood there for some minutes, I think about 15 in total, hehehe, then we got off looking for the Laurel Tree (which was the first pub where Coldplay, still as Starfish had their first gig ever) which is now a sushi bar-restaurant hihihi and then we decided to take a quick peep at the Dublin Castle pub. We didn't go inside actually, we simply took some pictures, lurked in, imagined once again Coldplay and other bands, such as Travis, (and many many others artists have been there performing and sitting in the public) being there and perfoming in and then having a beer or two after the show.

We were having a real good time and loving Camden and before going home we decided to stop at Starbucks for a coffee and a choco cookie (which I loved!!! OMG it tasted sooooo good!) and to use their wireless connection to check some trains timetable hehehe! We had a relaxing time sitting there, thinking bout what to do next day, having a laugh with the guy working there and simply enjoying how things were.
I must admit I totally loved this day we had. It felt good and it was a good day as for friends, for music, for things to see, for feelings, emotions, for people, and everything else!

Day 6 - August, 3rd (more pictures to be added later on when I'll have the all of them on PC!)

Chris was still sick, Frankie was okay, just fine. Steph and I were good as always. The day before we were thinking about leaving or not for Swanage!
Swanage it's around where Coldplay shoot Yellow video, yes, on the beach, and that's where we wanted to go. We needed some time over there, we wanted to clean up the meaning of this song from bad memories and we wanted to have some good time off London's mess, just chilling and seeing a new place, and most of all, we wanted to have this kind of "adventure", really like just jumping on the train, trying to get the right bus, get there and try to understand where we had to go and having this day off.
It costed us some good money, but hey, it was damn worthy (right, Steph? ;) ) and we loved it!

We got up in the early morning, got to Waterloo train station and bought a ticket to Weymouth, which was going to take us to Wareham.
Our train trip lasted 2 hours and a half and it was not that bad, we always have fun with little things, some music, chats, silly video shootings and we loved watching the countryside we were passing by... if you go to the UK, mostly you not going to see these kind of things and landscape, so it was a new experience and we loved it. Once we got to Weymouth station we looked for the bus stop: we already knew which bus number was the right one to take to get to Swanage, so we sat down and waited... the bus didn't arrive! it was late, so we got bit worried about what to do and how to do it! Luckily, even if like 20 minutes later, the bus arrived, we paid for our bus ticket and we jumped in, enjoying the ride, those little villages we were going through, that countryside, that view, till we didn't get to our final destination. It took some time, but once in Swanage, we easily found the seaside... wow, the sea... the ocean (oh well, the Channel sea hihi)... it was nice!!! We walked along the whole seaside and it was a long way, but we didn't mind it! We got to a place which could kind look alike the beach from the video; we're not sure it was the right one, even if about 10 years can change alot of things, but eventually we didn't care. We understood later on, while being on the sand, watching the sea, that in this case, the destination didn't really matter to us, because what we were caring about was the whole trip, the journey itself it took to get there and be there, standing on the beach, staring at those waves, despite the cold wind blowing and the many hours it took to travel.
You see, when you're with a special friend, it doesn't really matter where you are, how you get there, what you're doing and why, 'cause when that special friend is standing by you, sharing that moment, sharing your things, your emotions, your feelings, your story, a little moment or a lifetime, that's all that really matters.

After all, we had a good good time, some fun as well, we had a break eating something, we bought a lovely ice cream, we had a long walk, we enjoyed what was going on there and the natural setting we were in; and after that, our trip to go back home started.

It was a lovely day, nothing more to say! I have some rocks from that beach, and I'll keep them as a special memory from that place and that moment.

Day 7 - August, 4th

Finally Chris was better and she could go out again! Frankie was good as well. We were happy that we could finally go out having a day all together!

Our first stop was Camden Market... all those crazy shops, all those crazy stuff, all those music shops full of old vinyls... I totally loved it!!!!!!!! It's soooo fun to walk through those streets!
Camden it's sooo full of colors, big things hanging everywhere, crazy clothes, piercing and tattoos shops.

I got crazy checking around! Hehehe! Weather was not that good, and looked like it was going to rain...
Walking through the whole street, we got to some others Coldplay-spots! We got to Monkey Chews (which is shut down now), which represented an important moment for Chris and Will to talk over the fight they had and to get Will back in the band. It's a shame it is now closed, but it was okay to be just by it and check how things are around it!
After that we decided we wanted to have a check at The Bakery and The Beehive... we didn't want to bother the guys of course, we just wanted to see how their recording studios looked like from the outside and, you know, every Coldplayer who went there, knows that eventually we all hope they may pass by to get it or they get out of those door. Knowing we are just a wall away from them it's a good good feeling, altho it can be like a torture, cuz then you can't meet them anyway hehehe! That's not stalking or anything, just hoping, I can tell you. ^^
It's a big shame that it got to rain!!! Quite heavy rain! But we just waited under a little balcony or whatever it was, with our colorful umbrellas and when the rain stopped we simply walked away... nothing much was going on there and we had to go on with our walk!

We planned a little Beatles-walk! And we couldn't wait! Of course the weather was ruining our plans... it was sunny, but then rained again, sunny and rainy, sunny and rainy, all the time! So we decided to challange the weather and try to go around for our Beatles path... it took a lot of time to look for our first stop: Trident Studios, where Hey Jude was recorded and where Rolling Stones, Queen and many more recorded as well! The studio was in a little little street, it took a while to find it, we were basically walking around it without getting the right turn hehehe, but eventually we did! Oh my God! it was sooooo good to be in front of them! We took some pictures, we read a list of artists who recorded there, which was hung on the window, and we simply looked around thinking how it could be back in the days... my girls were taking pictures in turn and I saw that there was a man sitting at a desk behind the window, sipping on his tea, smiling a little while watching how crazy we were going... I couldn't help it! I knocked on the glass and said something like 'Can I get in?!', he said, 'Of course!' so he stood and I got close to the door, pushed it and got in... my friends didn't really understand at first what was going on, but I told them to get in! Oh my goodness, we were at the entrance of the Trident studios, the TRIDENT Studios people!!! I can't believe it!!! The guy asked me how he could help us, and I said I was just wondering if they still had the piano on which Paul played Hey Jude and if the studio was still in use... he explained the piano was sold and all, but eventually he asked, 'do you want to come in and have a look?'... What should I have said??? I said yes!!! And I can't believe it!!! We got really in the studiooooooo!!!!!!!!! I was sooooooo emotional! I was stepping inside and it was killing me, I was walking with my 3 friends where soooo many great big artists walked! As soon as I got in and watched the pictures on the wall, all things in there, books, discs hanging and stuff, I couldn't help it but got to cry! It totally killed me! My friends couldn't believe it either, and the man briefly told us a couple of things and showed us some pictures and stuff from when the Beatles recorded in there... Oh My God!
Of course it looks different now, there are PC's and stuff, but hey, the feeling of being in there can't be explained, it's a magic thing and I'm sooo happy we got the chance to get in and took a picture as well!
Thanks to that wonderful man who let us in!!!!!!

Unfortunately the rain stopped us from going to the next stop! I got caught in a heavy rain while asking for some info and I got all wet, it was pouring! So we thought of going back to the hotel to change clothes and maybe go out later on again, but then the girls were too tired and annoyed by the rain to go out again... but me and Steph decided to go around Belsize area... we heard that there was a whole area around there full of VIPs houses and that maybe somewhere around there, there was Chris Martin house as well... no stalking, people! it's always the same thing... you may walk around the right place and maybe find yourself in the right moment in that right place.
No luck really, and we found out later on we were in the wrong place for real! But hey, it was just nice to walk around, check the park and all... shame it rained on us once again... the weather hated us that day! We gave up and decided to go back home and while getting there we even had the chance to see a lovely rainbow... rainbows are one of the most beautiful thing you can get from Mother Nature!

Day 8 - August, 5th

Our vacation's coming to an end! Days were simply flying away and we didn't want them to end. However we wanted to enjoy our days to the fullest, and we still had many more things to do!
We decided to go to Hampstead Heath! The best place to get a great view of London, from the highest point, and the place where you can enjoy some time outdoor, enjoying what's surrounding you while you're up there!

We had some good time taking pictures, walking, running, going a little bit crazy! Once again it had a Coldplay meaning for me and Steph! It was where Guy sat on a bench looking at the City during the South Bank show and where Chris did his Irish kick little dance on one of those path cutting the highest hill... And we were there! Walking the same way, sitting on the same bench, watching London living in front of us. It was a beautiful time and I totally felt free! Like my spirit was free, was running wild and was feeling like it was the rightest place to be to be happy! I really loved it!!!

We had a wonderful time in there... was a big shame we had to leave! But however, we moved on to Piccadilly once again to have some shopping!!! I'm not gonna tell you about all shops we've been through, but the best part ever was HMV! We went there for two reasons: 1. I had to make a little interview for my little radio show collaboration; 2. we wanted to buy CD's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Of course we love lurking around through those shelves full of CDs, I loved chatting with Stuart, one of the guys working there, trying to get info for the show, and then we met this other guy working there, Colin, who was lovely and helped us in every way he could!!! We even took a picture with him...hehehe

Now, tell me... doesn't he look a bit like Fran from Travis? (Steph said so at first, and I think she's perfectly right!!!)

However, after a crazy shop we went to the Hard Rock Cafè! Frankie and Chris had never been there, so it was good to be back there again! I had fun going through those guitars and memorabilia all over again...
And finally took a picture with my fave of those ones, guitar from Oasis:

After that we got through Primrose Hill and Belsize area once again, just to check some more around and we went to Regent's Park... how nice it looked...
Yeah I must admit we all love parks in London!

Day 9 - August, 6th

Well, some sadness was around in the morning, but we did our best to chase it away!
The first thing we wanted to do was to go Abbey Road and Abbey Road Studios! Chris was not feeling that well once again, but she really wanted to see the studios, so we got there with her, the 4 of us!
It's nice to be there and see those place you see on Tv, on Cd's and stuff that are Beatles related, and being there was a good thing for us all!

After this, Chris and Frankie got back to the hotel and Steph and I got for another tour in the HMV store (we totally love it!!!) and then we got wandering around Piccadilly Circus once again... we had a break and stopped at Caffè Concerto for a Tiramisu to share and then we wanted to go and had a couple of hours at the Beehive once again... shall I say it again? No stalking LOL, just trying to get some luck and see Coldplay somewhere... our 2 hours there, sitting on a bench, were anyway a funny way to share some time, some food, a laugh and some good time thinking over things, over our days there, over silly things and stupid in-jokes we got. It was good and we were plannig what to do next!
And what came out? We wanteed to check where Chris Martin house was... hehe! But first we had to have a check to Covent Garden... I love that place! It's soooo typical and funny! Colorful (how many times did I say colorful throughout this blog???) and full of life! I loved it!!!

And our last stop had to be Chris house after another fast peep at the Beehive...
I ain't gonna say much about it... it's kind of scary to be around that place hahaha, feels like you need to be quiet, silent, respecting everything, and we simply walked once up and down, and it was good, was weird actually, and of course we didn't get any luck!
Gonna be luckier next time? I hope so!

Getting back to our fave underground station told us our vacation in London was over... Sad but true!

Our last night in hotel, we had this crazy time of packing, going crazy, making noise and then some good thoughts about the whole trip...

Day 10 - August, 6th

Early morning, real early morning, like 4AM we were outta the hotel... the taxi we waiting for didn't arrive, luckily another one stopped by and we had this crazy run to the airport...

leaving London killed me... I started to cry, and with tears in my eyes I said bye to London, hoping to see it once again very very soon.

All I can say is... it was a great experience on every level, I know I wrote alot and I cannot add anything else I guess... Just I can say I loved it and it was a real special journey on every level, but mostly it was special because of the special people who were there with me!
What I loved where the people I met, the colors, the smells, everything filled me up from head to toes and inspired me on every level, I was thristy and I wanted that all, I wanted to explore and discover, to live and to feel free, and London just fulfilled my needs and my desires...I got back richer, and I do feel richer than ever.

But a real big thanks to those friends who were there with me... Thanks alot!
Thanks to Frankie for being patient and for living up our evenings with funny jokes, imitations, parodies, games and such;
Thanks to Chris for sharing some crazy moments, for playing and singing, for sharing the Rock & Roll moments...and for her special "artistic pictures!"
And a special thanks to Steph for sharing EVERY SINGLE MOMENT OF THIS TRIP WITH ME! Love you!

I love you all!!!

And thanks for those who stopped by reading this!!!
